Pecan Grove House Tour

It’s time for another Dreamy Dwelling Home Tour.  This incredibly well designed home sits beside a lovely Pecan Grove.  The home lives like a one story while offering a private guest quarters above the garage.  Gorgeous curb appeal and you will love all the storage throughout.  Let’s not wait another second to walk through this Pecan Grove House Tour.

As you walk into this home you immediately get a feel for how bright and airy the entire home is.  Large picture windows are found in every room.

Family room is spacious with tall ceilings and beautiful furniture. I love that coffee table.

Office is used as a hobby room.  Such a beautiful piano.  Anyone else obsessed with the portraits on the wall!?!

Dining room hutch had the doors removed so the gorgeous china and crystal can be displayed.  Love the large table with mismatched white shabby chic chairs.

This view shows the expansiveness of this open concept home.  Aren’t the hardwood floors beautiful!

The living room opens to a large backyard patio with an outdoor kitchen.

I love the area rug in the living room.

Another far away glance at more portraits.

This open kitchen is totally dreamy.

Coffered ceilings are my favorite.  Such a gorgeous island, too.

I’m amazed by all the storage available in this island.

More mismatched chairs in this eating area.  And the window bench is perfection.  What an amazing view!

Ceiling of outdoor patio is beautiful.

Oversized utility room includes a large mudroom bench and a large chicken wire frame with clothespins to keep up with school notes.

I love this desk area. Such a great space for keeping organized. Corkboard as backdrop is perfect spot for more great photographs.

Master bedroom has beautiful bedding and drapes.

Large bathroom with two tall sinks and a separate vanity for makeup.  Shouldn’t all master bathrooms be designed like this?

I love the white marble on the countertops.  The extra storage on either side of the vanity is perfect, in addition to all the storage below.

A large shower and a freestanding tub.

I like the airy curtain above the freestanding tub.  Cute basket with white towels readily available, too.

Boys bedroom has nice tall bunks in a dark stain and a chrome storage unit for toys.  I love the colors in the USA map and the view out of the window is perfection.

Ready to see this view of the Pecan Grove I keep referencing!?!

Love the layers of this outdoor space. Perfect for traffic flow when hosting a party.

Tons of seating both on the sectional sofa and around the table.

Outdoor heating keeps this backyard porch functional even during colder months.

Tons of patio space and yet still plenty of grass for a trampoline and lots of running and skipping.

I love the roof-line above this back patio.

Which is your favorite room in this house?

I love this house but feel for its style and architecture it needs color, don’t you think? Or black accents? I didn’t notice it until I saw the kids room and then it was, “Oh, that’s what it needs.”
